Warranty Replacement Policy
The warranty on electrical products is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty extends to 3 years if the customer has purchased the 1-year extension.
If any electrical component of the device shows defects during the warranty period, a new replacement product will be provided free of charge.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Physical damage to the product
Wear and tear due to normal usage
Defects caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use

You will receive an automatic response. Kindly reply to the email with a video clearly showing that the product is not working (e.g., the device is powered on, charging, or connected).
If you are unable to demonstrate the defect via video, we may request that you return the product for inspection by our warehouse.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments.
Only claims that meet all the conditions listed above will be processed and resolved positively.
